Progress: Well, it was finally time to test the ukulele out! This is a brand new uke that my parents bought for my sister. She attempted to learn but eventually gave up. I, on the other hand, will try my best to learn and play by the end of this school year! I didn't realize it but the my sister already bought a chords sheet and a tuner, so I'm prepared to play. I was able to recognize some of the chords on the sheet and I was able to point out parts such as the tuning heads and the soundhole. I still don't know how to strum properly yet but I still tried it out. I think I'll be watching strumming videos on YouTube very soon. I also need to learn how to tune it too. Can't wait to start strumming!
Reflection: The ukulele was a bit lighter than I expected! I was very fascinated by how smooth it was. Again, I didn't really feel like rushing at all since there wasn't anything to rush. Messing around with the ukulele did help with my stress from homework and school though. And my time management was better than last time. I utilized the given class time to work on my blogs and finished at home. Waiting til I have the time to start learning!
