Progress: Helloo! Okay, so I feel terrible since I barely practiced over the last couple weeks. There has been so much going on at school, dance fitness tests are coming up, and we already started practicing for dance show in June. (If you're reading this, you should definitely come! June 1, 2018!!) Also, with the SAT and AP exams coming up soon, I just couldn't find much time to practice like I had hoped. But I still managed to work on it a bit and post a video of my progress anyway. Although, I improved a bit, I'm still making a lot of pauses and I take too long to switch chords, which just means I need to practice moreeee. This song is still quite challenging for me for some reason, so it still doesn't sound so great (at least, not what I want it to sound like). I will still continue working on this song because I refuse to give up until it sounds better, even if it's not as good as Annie's version.

Reflection: I decided to go outside and play this time to make things a bit more interesting :). I have been trying to get my cousin to sing for my blogs but we just never seem to have the time to figure anything out, so it's still just me playing the ukulele alone, again. This really sucks though because I feel like for the beginner songs, it's harder to tell what song I'm playing since it's all just the basic chords. I feel like it's more obvious if I had someone singing next to me. I'm very disappointed this time though, because it still sounds so bad. On the bright side, I did improve slightly and it's easier to memorize the chord progression this time around. I just hope I'm able to find time to practice more and do a lot better for my next blog.
